Pilates is an exercise system developed in the 1930's by Joseph Pilates. Pilates believed in striving for a strong healthy body and pushing the mind to the limit of its ability. Through regular practise Pilates helps to protect the spine, correct and improve wrong posture, whilst it restores health and vitality in mind and body.
Suitable for all levels of fitness; beginners are welcome - Exercises are adaptable and you will be encouraged to progress at your own pace.
Please bring your own mat.
