Health Sciences Group-Primary Care present 'The development of a primary care based complex intervention for patients with multimorbidity living in areas of high deprivation'

Speaker: Professor Stewart Mercer, University of Glasgow

Further details: Multimorbidity is the norm rather than the exception in patients with long-term conditions, yet interventions to improve outcomes are lacking. The speaker leads a programme of research 'Living Well with Multimorbidity' which is funded by the CSO of the Scottish Government, and will report on progress ot date.
