Michael Tomasello, psychologist and co-director of the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig, is one of the world’s leading researchers on social learning, communication and language in human children and great apes.
He recently appeared as a contributor to Fry’s Planet Word, Stephen Fry’s 2011 BBC 2 series on language. This free lecture will include video clips of Tomasello’s experimental research and will be followed by a Q&A.
