We will give a general introduction to some of the key survey data with health-related content, including cross-sectional surveys (UK and cross-national), longitudinal surveys and cohort studies. We will provide research exemplars to highlight how these data can be used in research as well as pointing to useful resources, other health data, and where to go for help.
