This session brings together three guest speakers from Mexico and the Americas who will present perspectives on museums, cultural heritage, and the processes of repatriation and rematriation between Mexico and the UK. The session will also explore collaborative educational initiatives in Puebla and Tehuacán, with particular attention to the role of students in shaping approaches to cultural memory. This workshop takes place ahead of the 8 November re-display of the Indigenous codex Amoxtli Tezcatlipoca (Codex Fejérváry-Mayer), which is held at the World Museum Liverpool.
