Families this October Half-Term: Big Draw: We Are 11
11am - 3pm, free, no booking.
Join pupils from Stanley Grove Primary Academy for a day of playful art and making to explore their exhibition, We Are 11 at the Whitworth. Pupils will be teaming up with artists to provide hands on workshops in response to ‘Hannah Smith’s casket’ made in the 17th century to express what it means to be young today. Expect large-scale builds and embroidery to celebrate this innovative child led exhibition.
