Another Scenography for Architecture: Experience and a Renewed Empiricism is a PhD-led event of the Manchester Architecture Research Group (MARG) on 6 June at The University of Manchester.
In the morning, we will have two keynote presentations delivered by international scholars - Prof Hélène Frichot, KTH, presenting Creative Ecologies: Environment-Worlds, Things, and Thinkables, and Dr Keith Murphy, UCI, who will present Critical Empiricism in a World of Designed Things.
The afternoon will consist of presentations given by PhD students at The University of Manchester, who will present their research to our guests. The aim of this session is to collectively explore specific aspects of their research through the concept of experience, through the ‘renewed empiricism’ of Bruno Latour.
