Join us online on Tuesday 4 July, 10:00-11:30 to hear from Dr Esther Mukuka (NIHR Head of Research Inclusion) who will be speaking about developing and implementing the NIHR's inclusion strategy, and Dr Rebecca Barnes who co-leads the EDI priority area for the national Research Design Service.
Rebecca co-authored the NIHR EDI toolkit, which has been developed to support researchers to better understand how to embed EDI in research design and to meet the NIHR’s EDI requirements.
The session will be chaired by Penny Bee who is a Professor of Applied Mental Health Research and holds numerous funding awards, including from the NIHR and MRC. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, and please submit questions in advance via Eventbrite if you can.
