The theme will be strength and empowerment and we will explore tools and techniques that help combat tiredness and fatigue.
Menopause Yoga (MY) could help you manage symptoms of perimenopause and menopause through a specially adapted combination of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices. This gentle yoga practice fosters body positivity and is accessible to everybody, whatever your size, shape, or ability. You can expect to feel stronger, calmer, and more self-confident, with more tools and resources to help you through this natural transition.
