In this talk Dr Brassington (Lecturer in Bioethics) is looking at whether people who defend the legalisation of assisted dying by saying that people should be able to choose their preferred death are committed to accepting that any chosen death should be legal - even things like the German cannibal case from a couple of years ago. He will be looking at whether legal moralism might have a place in keeping the regulation of dying sane.
