Experience a compelling concert of klezmer music from The University of Manchester’s resident klezmer ensemble, The Michael Kahan Kapelye. As part of the assessment for their Ensemble Performance module, enjoy a fun-filled, toe-tapping programme exploring the worlds of klezmer, from the Old World dance music of Eastern European Jewry to the swing-influenced performances of the New World diaspora.
