Casken Choses en moi; Reeves Fireworks Physonect Siphonophore (String Quartet No.1); Haydn Quartet in E flat, Op. 33 No. 2 (The Joke).

John Casken – the University’s composer emeritus – in a piece written for the Lindsay String Quartet to baptise the Cosmo Rodewald Hall, alongside the dazzling energy of one of our rising star composers, and the genius of mature Haydn.

Followed by: Quatuor Danel Seminar: Bachelors of Composition The Quatuor Danel workshops new quartet movements by the University’s undergraduates.
