This session will aid participants in developing skills in critical reflection and demonstrate its centrality in good teaching practise. The different lenses through which we each view a teaching session is crucial to understand in efforts to promote inclusivity amongst learners.

Intended Learning Outcomes • Identify the components of effective critical reflection • Outline the process of critical reflection • Compare and contrast available reflective frameworks and consider their use in your own practise. • Recognise and address the challenges faced to undertake critical reflective practice.
