Discover a world of Jewish objects and let the sounds of traditional and contemporary sacred Jewish music enchant you in this one off performance in our magnificent Historic Reading Room.
Join researcher Dr Stefania Silvestri as she introduces us to her current project ’50 Jewish Objects’ an exploration of Jewish culture through objects from across the globe. Included in this is a unique musical manuscript that has been re interpreted by Ruti Worrall, director and composer, and will be performed by the Menorah Synagogue Choir.
Please note the 20 minute introduction to the evening will be standing. The choir performance will be seated. If you have access requirements please let us know.
