Event Overview:
The MEC Customer Segmentation Masterclass, led by Gulam Sarwar Choudhury (Enterpreneurship Champion), is designed to give participants a comprehensive understanding of customer segmentation and its crucial role in successful marketing. This masterclass aims to enhance businesses' ability to accurately define their markets, identify key customer segments, and effectively tailor marketing strategies to those segments. It will be a fun practical workshop that will provide attendees new insights along with informal networking opportunities with budding entrepreneurs and other student peers.

Objective:
Participants will leave the session with actionable insights into segmenting their market effectively. This will help businesses target the right audience, avoid wasted resources, and enhance marketing efforts by focusing on meaningful, differentiable customer groups.

5:00-5:15- Introduction and business pitches to allow guests to introduce themselves/their business ideas.
5:15-5:35- Customer Segmentation masterclass
5:35-6:00- Breakout workshop: An exercise putting theory into practice for their business.
6:00-6:15- Group sharing their answers and seeing what can be improved.
6:15-6:20- Homework and MEC news
