Researcher Development Workshop organised by The Polish Studies Group, part of the British Association for Slavonic and Eastern European Studies, providing graduate training to PhD researchers working on projects related to area studies and facilitates international collaboration between established researchers and postgraduate research students.
The first session focuses on graduate training, comprising graduate presentations followed by in-depth feedback from designated academic discussants. There is also a session which offers practical advice to postgraduate students on digital research methods and virtual archival collections. The winners of the Polish Studies 2021 Article Prize offer master classes, aimed at doctoral students and early career academics.
