Dr Joseph Lee

Role: Reader in Corporate and Commercial Law

Organisation: University of Manchester

Biography: Dr Joseph Lee Nazzini is a reader in law at The University of Manchester, UK and Course Director of the Online LLM in International Commercial Technology Law. Joseph has also been visiting professor at the University of Liège, Belgium, the National Taiwan University, and the Judicial Training Institute of Thailand. Joseph is a member of the LawTech Advisory Council of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) and an attorney-at-law of New York State.

Dr Federico Ast

Role: Founder and CEO

Organisation: Kleros

Biography: Dr Federico Ast is the founder and CEO of Kleros, a pioneering protocol that applies blockchain and game theory for decentralized dispute resolution. Federico has taught classes and delivered lectures at prestigious universities such as Stanford, Oxford, and Harvard, and has participated in events organized by international organizations like the United Nations. His work focuses on leveraging exponential technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, and crowdsourcing to create more transparent, efficient, and inclusive systems.
