Join us for family friendly arts and crafts activities inspired by the book ‘The Lost Words.’
‘The Lost Words’ written by Robert Mcfarlane and illustrated by Jackie Morris draws attention to the disappearance of words about the natural world, such as Dandelion, Otter, Bramble and Acorn from the Oxford children’s dictionary and from children’s lives.
Join us for activities inspired by both the book and the Museum’s collections, and share with us your thoughts on the lost words, and any lost words you may know about.
Each week we will have a guest artist, introducing a different artform.
