What does it mean to be “home”?
An exhibition with an interactive and homely layout that discusses the ideas of what it means to be at home and to lose such security, as well as moving to a new home, and the items that are brought on the journey.
Home Is… will reflect what it means to be a refugee within the UK, highlighting media representations interspersed with personal narratives that detail the journey made by those forced to leave their home. On display will be photographs, refugee narratives, Syrian children's drawings and the United Nations’ Against All Odds video game.
