Conversations with David Morgan and friends
As part of the celebrations for 50 years of Sociology at Manchester, this event offers a chance to engage with some of the key themes and characters of the Morgan Centre.
We will have semi-autobiographical reflections on the changing sociology of personal life and relationships from David Morgan and Carol Smart and take a look at recent and current research at the Morgan Centre. We will also be launching some exciting new books and running sessions on 'new' families and kinship, shared living and belonging and affinities. Do come and join in the conversations with us.
