Close Knit is a knitting group that will be meeting in The Study, at Manchester Museum on the first Saturday of the month until March 2018. Close Knit is a great opportunity to knit in a relaxed sociable atmosphere. Beginners and more experienced knitters welcome. Each month Lucy Burscough leads a session inspired by Manchester Museum’s collections. For December the theme will be Christmas plants from our Herbarium collection and you will knit a Christmas bauble. All materials and equipment are provided but if you want to bring your own this month we will be working in DK. New people are always welcome to this free and friendly adult group which accommodates all levels of knitters. Adult, Free, Just turn up
