Our Community Festival returns for 2021 with a digital showcase of fun family-friendly activities that everyone can join in with, delivered straight to your school and home.
This year, we’ve teamed up with the University’s Manchester Museum, the Whitworth, John Rylands Library and staff and students from across the University to bring you a packed programme of exciting digital events from Friday 18 – Sunday 20 June 2021.
We’ve got something for everyone. There are creative sessions with poetry, music, and art; virtual tours and meets-ups with our inspiring curators; activities for your wellbeing; science experiments you can do from home; and stories of local history and experiences for you to share.
The Festival is a great way to find out exactly what goes on at our University and see behind our doors. We’re welcoming our local friends and neighbours and those from further afield to discover the variety of things we do here at the University of Manchester. So, wherever you are, from Levenshulme to Le Havre, you are invited to join us for three days of exploration, interaction and conversation.
