The University of Manchester Gateway Programme provides a new opportunity for Year 7-11 learners within Greater Manchester to participate in a coherent series of academic enrichment and Higher Education awareness activities.
The Y9 Futures Conference is an opportunity for learners to find out more information about the opportunities following studying a degree within:
• Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths
• Medical, Human and Biological Sciences
• Humanities (Arts & Social Sciences)
Learners will attend three interactive workshops focussing on these three subject areas and will be given information relevant to potential future careers related to these.
