We will be running a range of Spectroscopy Tours during June.
These will cover NMR, Mass Spec, XRD and with special emphasis on IR. Spectroscopy events have run for many years but feedback has led us to incorporate a hands-on synthesis and chromatography task as a major part of the programme.
All students will run their own IR spectra and will be shown the other spectroscopies in small groups.
This activity is suitable for large school parties of Year 11-13 students.
