A talk showcasing some of the most beautiful images that we have of our Universe, from our Solar System, through stellar nurseries, star clusters and the remnants of exploding stars to our Milky Way Galaxy and beyond.
Many of these images have been taken by amateurs, and the talk will show how these images have been captured and how one can make a start imaging the heavens with quite simple cameras.
Following the 50 minute talk there will be a 30 minute question and answer session to address any queries and then, if clear, we will do some observing.
