This event will take the robot debate one step further, with Professor Danielle George and Adam Rutherford discussing the rapid development of robots in recent history, and whether they could one day threaten the survival of the human race.

Danielle George is Professor of Radio Frequency Engineering and Associate Dean in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Manchester, while Adam Rutherford is geneticist, author and broadcaster.
