Let’s get serious about sleep. Discover more about sleep, sleep patterns and how lost sleep can be found again by making small changes to your bedrooms, bedtime routines and diets. Through a series of hands-on activities children and parents can investigate the causes and consequences of sleep loss and get advice on how to sleep better. Create sleep concoctions, meet sleep experts and discover what we can learn about our own sleeping habits from the history of sleep. Part of the Being Human Festival 2017 Drop in, free, families recommended for children aged 7-12, younger siblings welcome
