BA (Hons) Animation, Manchester School of Art celebrate the end of another successful year with the ‘Animation in the Museum’ event at this week’s Thursday Museum late opening. Join us for showreels of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year work including 2nd year one minute films created in response to the ‘Hidden Stories’ brief, an exceptional project working with curators at Manchester Museum earlier in the year and a special teaser reel of 3rd year graduation films which will be screening in full at the MSA degree show on 7th June. We are also happy to welcome John Walsh from the ‘Ray & Diana Harryhausen Foundation’ who will be talking on the work and legacy of this legendary stopmotion animator.
‘Animation in the Museum’, Fossils gallery, Manchester Museum, Thursday 30th May, 5.30pm – 9pm
