Join us Saturday 1 October at 11am with Sam Sin from Koi Kitchen for another fun and hands-on cookery class. Create an authentic dish as a group and share a meal together afterwards. During this session you will learn how to make handmade noodles, home made chilli oil and smacked cucumber salad. Making noodles from scratch may sound complicated but come and join this beginner's Chinese cookery class to learn how easy it can be! Chinese chilli oil is an essential staple ingredient in any Chinese household, and in this class you will make your own chilli oil and use it in two vegan friendly recipes which you will use time and time again. Bring a clean, empty, glass jar (an old jam jar will do) to take your chilli oil home with you. (Please note that this class is not suitable for people who follow a Gluten Free diet)
