This session investigates the use of Poisson regression (a GLM with a log link) to model count response variables. Simple and complex models from a number of experimental and correlational designs are computed using the R software and interpreted using effect displays. This session also investigates the use of Poisson models to analyse data in contingency (frequency) tables.
