Event Aim: to excite new users, and stimulate existing users of national facilities at Harwell and to deliver impact for the University of Manchester.
Academic and research staff are warmly invited to the launch of The University of Manchester at Harwell (UoMaH) https://www.harwell.manchester.ac.uk/. We are keen to welcome people who have never used Harwell facilities, and also experienced users, to come and find out how UoMaH can support future research by University of Manchester staff at Harwell.
Staff (from Diamond Light Source, ISIS Neutron & Muon Source and Scientific Computing Division of STFC) will outline the Harwell facilities’ capabilities and there will be informal networking sessions. Event participants will also identify and explore research opportunities during sand-pit sessions on Day 2.
