A short talk on Buddhist Meditation followed by a guided Tibetan Guru Yoga meditation. In Buddhism, meditation means "effortlessly remaining in what is." Guru Yoga is a Buddhist meditation where additionally to holding and calming the mind one focuses on the goal, the full development of one's mind as a form of energy and light. Suitable for newcomers and non-Buddhists.
