Follow us on Twitter and Instagram @TheJohnRylands to be inspired by images from our collections, and vote online for your favourite Manchester scientist, choosing from five scientists with links to items in our collections. Voting will run throughout Manchester Science Festival, and we'll be announcing the winner on social media on Monday, 2 November.
Join us at the Library on Friday, 30 October to discover highlights from our scientific collections and learn more about the stories behind them, we'll be showcasing items relating to the top two front-running scientists as voted by you, plus there'll be an opportunity to add to the voting on the day.
