The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a set of evidence-based actions which promote people’s wellbeing. They are: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give.
Come and discover how the Five Ways could help you to start thinking about how to incorporate more wellbeing-promoting activities into your life. The session will be led by Sarah Littlejohn, the head of the University Counselling Service.
