About the event:
Last academic year we were privileged to hear and discuss the values of care in the NHS with Steve Fields (Deputy Chair NHS Commissioning Board) and Mike Farrar (CEO of the NHS employers’ confederation). We are building on this success this year with our 'Conversations with...' and are emailing to invite you to two important opportunities for you to listen to, talk to and question national leaders who are shaping Healthcare now in the UK but also over your future career.

Speaker:
Giles Wilmore: Director for Patient and Public Voice and Information Strategy, NHS Commissioning Board, former director of Department of Health Quality Framework.
The focus for the evening with Giles will be on working in partnership with patients, especially on patient safety and transparency.
There is no doubt that we all going to have to demonstrate our high standard of professionalism and these 'Conversations with...' are events that can inform how you approach this to ourselves and to outside bodies.
