You are warmly invited to the University of Manchester on Wednesday 11 March 2015 for an afternoon (1.00-4.30 p.m.) exploring a wide range of classical topics. We are planning talks on Homer, Vergil, Greek drama, Greek art and architecture, Ovid, and Tacitus & Roman Emperors; these talks are aimed to appeal to teachers and students studying AS- and A-Level Classical Civilisation and/or Latin.
