Try something new this summer and join us for our Chinese painting drop-in sessions with artist Steven Woolley. Whether you would like to learn a new skill or are more experienced but appreciate some guidance on how to capture the spirit of an object with simple yet skilled brush strokes, our informal sessions are suitable for everyone and a fun and sociable way to unwind after a busy day! No experience of art or Chinese language is necessary.
The overall focus this summer are the tropics and in this session we will be painting the rambutan, a tropical fruit like the lychee in warm reds with branches and leaves in ink.
