The Digital Futures network is designed for PhD students within the University of Manchester (UoM) who are conducting research related to digital topics. Its purpose is to assist students in cultivating interdisciplinary, cross-faculty relationships that can lead to new perspectives on their research.
We are looking for PhD students to present a lightning talk update on their research. This will be an interdisciplinary group, providing an opportunity to share your knowledge beyond your usual field and engage in interesting conversations to gain new perspectives on your work. If you would like to present your research, please contact kitty.lo@manchester.ac.uk by 24th January, 5pm. Speaker spaces are limited, so we recommend reaching out at your earliest convenience to secure your spot and avoid disappointment.
Photography will take place at this event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please speak to the event organiser at the event registration.
This will also be an opportunity to find out more about Digital Futures and the wider opportunities the platform can support.
