Lights, Camera, Action…A History of the Endoscope
Thursday 10 November 5.30pm – 7pm, Kanaris Lecture Theatre, Manchester Museum.
Another in the series of free Artefact talks Dr David Shreeve, a retired consultant physician with a special interest in gastroenterology, chooses key objects from University of Manchester’s Museum of Medicine and Health to explore the history of the endoscope including the development of light sources and gastro-cameras. This talk is a fascinating way to probe the collections further.
