This joint webinar from the UK Data Service and the Institute for Social and Economic Research is for anyone with an interest in research on ethnicity. Participants will learn how to use the UK Data Service ‘Theme’ pages to find ethnicity data and resources. The webinar will then focus on Understanding Society, a large-scale longitudinal household survey. The survey collects a range of data on ethnicity and also has an ethnic minority boost sample. Participants will be introduced the survey’s ethnicity-related content and some of the most useful documentation that accompanies the data.
The webinar will consist of a 40 minute presentation followed by 20 minutes for questions.
