The Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (MIOIR) at the University of Manchester, in partnership with the Embassy of Spain in the UK, is pleased to invite you to the event “In conversation with diplomats from the Embassy of Spain in the UK”. During the event, Mr Robles Fraga, the Minister Counsellor for Cultural and Scientific Affairs, and Mr. Alejandro Polanco Mata, the Consul General of Spain in Manchester, will discuss the role of science diplomacy in international research collaborations.
