Join us for a FREE drop-in session of Tai Chi this summer!
Tai Chi revolves around a series of movements called forms. Although there are numerous videos available, it is better to learn with experts known as “masters” that have years of experience. In each session, you will copy and learn basic movements and deep breathing methods. It is widely acknowledged that tai chi has the benefits of reducing stress, improving posture, balance and general mobility, and increasing muscle strength in the legs.
Meet us in the courtyard outside the Lime Cafe of the Samuel Alexander Building. No special clothing is required but it is recommended you wear something loose and comfortable. All welcome.
