A month of celebrations for international women's day: lunchtime talks to highlight women's contribution to the Covid- across the lifespan
To celebrate International Women’s Day on Tuesday 8th March the School of Health Sciences Athena Swan committee have organised a whole month of celebrations to highlight the contributions of women during the Covid-19 pandemic. We will host a series of inspirational lunchtime speakers online throughout the month. The theme of the talks is The Contribution of Women across the Lifespan in the Covid-19 Crisis, we will have speakers highlighting the effects on women over 50, mothers of different ages.
Everybody is welcome. Talks will take place on the final three Wednesdays of March from 12-1 pm.
