Join us for a forward-looking dialogue between academics and practitioners exploring the role of co-creation in innovation across the creative industries. Creative companies are increasingly embracing co-creation that enables deeper engagement with audiences, the development of socially and environmentally responsive solutions, and new ways of working with emerging technologies.
At this interactive event, you will hear from a range of academic and industry experts who will reflect on the current state of co-creation in creative industries, and get an opportunity to contribute to the co-creation agenda going forward.
Through a panel discussion and section talks attendees will find out about: the current best practices of co-creation; common barriers to its implementation; how co-creation can help address complex creative and commercial challenges; how co-creation can be scaled; what are the current opportunities to expand your co-creation for innovation in ways that are socially and environmentally responsible.
This event will be chaired and moderated by Dr Marianna Rolbina and Dr Tonny Kukeera (University of Manchester).
This event has been made possible through funding support from the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (MIOIR).
