As part of The University of Manchester’s Community Festival 2021 we invite you to join our scientists in a virtual demonstration investigating the internal structure of chocolate bars to understand more about delicious materials. We’ll also create 'hydrogels', materials that can be placed into your body to help prevent damage or even slow the ageing process in places like your spinal cord.
