Creative Manchester will be a partner of this year's BEYOND 2024 conference, where we will showcase the innovative research taking place with partners from across the city and beyond, in digital and creative technologies. As part of this we will deliver a creative R&D Showcase on one of the conference's stages, centred on the Our Heritage, Our Stories Discovery Research Project with the Universities of Glasgow and Manchester, and The National Archives. We will also provide insights into projects that are shaping the future of the creative and cultural industries in Greater Manchester.
BEYOND 2024 comes from MediaCity, Salford where the last decade has seen a transformation of Greater Manchester’s creative economy into a cornerstone of the north west’s economic and cultural identity.
This year, MediaCity’s story, set against the backdrop of a new era in UK government, will serve as a launch pad to explore the innovative potential of Creative Cities.
BEYOND is a unique, annual gathering of current and future innovators focused on research and development across the Creative Industries.
