Abstract: The advances in materials using nano and graphene technologies is exciting and probably limited largely by our imagination. However, the real world runs on mild and low alloy steels,
and the problem solving of engineering components and equipment and their applications can provide both an interesting and rewarding career. This talk will lay out some of the basic principles
of problem solving in the real world, illustrated with actual case studies, which may help to resolve your work related problems.
A buffet will be provided from 6.00pm in the MSS foyer and everybody is welcome.
