CARDIOVASCULAR MONTHLY SEMINAR SERIES
You are invited to attend the next DCVS seminar on Thursday, 16 May 2-4pm in the Smith Lecture Theatre with 3 speakers as follows:
- Dr David Talavera (SL in Genetics, UoM) - "Not that usual cardiovascular talk"
- Dr Marcin Kuniewicz (Jagiellonian University, Poland) - "Anatomical relations between heart structures: From embryology to hard-to-reach arrythmias"
- Dr Sasha Philbert (RA, UoM) - "Molecular alterations in vascular dementia and related dementias"
Drinks and nibbles will be available after the seminar in the Smith Lounge.
Marcin Kuniewicz is a clinician that practices in Krakow, Poland. His research is mainly focused on the anatomy of the cardiac conduction system and its role in the generation of cardiac arrhythmias. His top areas of expertise are Sick Sinus Syndrome, Arrhythmias, Cardiac Diverticulum, Cardiac Ablation, and Pacemaker Implantation.
