Beethoven's energetic and youthful First Symphony is played alongside a selection of Movements from
Mozart's lesser know 'Haffner Serenade'
Estival returns again in June 2011 and promises to be bigger, better and more Russian than ever. Taking place in the final week of each academic year, Estival is always a great carnival filled with music and art celebrating the end of exams and looking forward to the summer! This year culminates in a performance of Shostakovich's masterpiece, the 5th Symphony.
