We are hosting three fun and hands-on cookery classes led by Sam Sin from Koi Kitchen. Each class will have a different focus, allowing you to create a variety of authentic dishes.

To celebrate the Chinese Chong Yang Festival, also known as the Double Ninth Festival, we will be learning to cook two popular dishes.
